Water Wars

Ready... Set… WET! Bring your togs and towel for our annual Khandallah water wars! We'll have water guns, water slides, and plenty of games to cool us down in the sun.
Days Bay Beach Day

After an exciting train ride to the Wellington waterfront, we'll catch the ferry across to Days Bay for a relaxing time on the beach and a play at the Pavillion.
Awesome Bounce

Lets jump into the day, we're off to Awesome Bounce! Plenty of inflatables, a multi-story jungle maze and a session in the trampoline park will keep us entertained all day long.
Khandallah Summer Pool

What better way to kick off 2024 than lunch at the park followed by a splash at the Khandallah summer pool? Don't forget your togs and towel!
Xmas Party

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Today we're celebrating with a Christmas party. We'll have lots of dancing, party games and Christmas crafts for everyone.
Kaukau and Nature Day

Let's enjoy all things Mother Nature with walk to the top of Mt Kaukau, there might even be a fish and chip reward waiting for us at the bottom! We'll chill out in the afternoon with some funky botanical crafts.
Rollerskating

Come and show us your moves at the Kilbirnie skating rink! Followed by some chill time at the park afterwards. Skates are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own helmet and small set of wheels.

Let's get movin' and groovin'. Show us your best moves at our disco party - we'll have party games, dance competitions, some disco treats and crafts to finish off the day. We can't wait to see your disco outfits!
Marine Centre

We're off to visit the Island Bay Marine Centre to explore the rock and touch pools, and learn all about the beautiful sea creatures in the Wellington waters. We'll stop by the park on the way home for a play with the other sites.
Staglands

Let's get a close look at the coolest animals Staglands has to offer! We'll venture back in time to the early settler’s pioneer village, including a jail and explore the magical secret garden. All this fun in just one day!
Embassy

The Y Holiday Programme tradition! We’ll join all the other holiday programmes to chillax with the latest flicks at Wellington’s top movie destination – The Embassy.
Laser Wars

YMCA holiday programmes are the perfect way for your kids to get out and about with their friends over the break. Our friendly, fully trained staff can’t wait to have your kids on-board.
For those of you with busy schedules, our site operates from 7:30 – 18:00 for one inclusive cost. Our holiday programmes run Monday to Friday and all children must be on site by 8:30am.
Alongside our holiday programmes we also run a selection of holiday camps at Kaitoke Outdoor Education Centre. For more information on all holiday programme sites and full T&Cs please head to our website ycentral.nz
You may be eligible for a WINZ subsidy which you can use towards the cost of our programmes. Visit the Work & Income website for more information.
